EXPERT CLEANING SERVICES, INC. was started by KELLY SEELBINDER (Murphy) back in 1987, which specialized primarily in detailed housecleaning.

*In 1991, we added complete car cleaning and detailing services.
*In 1995, we began cleaning offices and commercial buildings.
*In 2000, we added snowplowing, by appointment only.
*In 2001, we bought out a competitor, Magic Maid of Kalamazoo, Inc., which specialized in basic routine housecleaning.
*In 2002, we started offering window cleaning (inside & out) & atrium/light fixture service.
*In 2003, we began offering carpet & upholstery cleaning & repair.

WE STRIVE TO BE THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS!! We provide our customer with the cleaning they expect for the price they want to pay!

We don't require contracts for any of our services. We do, however, offer a discount if a customer wants to sign a contract for a year of service. We do require regularly scheduled customers to follow our company's guideslines in order to avoid any service charges. There is a $40 lock out fee if the housecleaning staff is not able to gain access to your home. There is a $40 cancellation fee if our office is not notified by 12:00 noon the previous business day for regularly scheduled house cleanings. Should an emergency arise, we are more than happy to reschedule to an alternate day without any fees, as long as the makeup cleaning is performed before your next regularly scheduled cleaning.

Many of our leaders have been with our company for 7-18 years. Most of our assistants stay 4-7 years.
