PAULA WUORI.... Tried us back in 1992 or 1993 when she & her husband were working & wanted some help with maintaining their home. She is an excellent cleaner herself with very high standards. She was wanting someone to clean her home as close to the way she cleaned it herself. She was expecting her home to be thoroughly, detail cleaned, or as she called it "barefoot clean". Around 1997, she & Tom had triplets. Their needs changed from detailed, premium biweekly cleaning to help me with the weekly basics....please!!! They had live-in help for the triplets & they moved to a larger home, which also changed their service needs. There were a few times, over the years, they tried to do the cleaning themselves or tried another service, to save a few bucks, but always returned to us. They have used our service for approximately ten years, through all their changing needs. Paula tells me she has tried the rest, but there is no comparison. She will always use our service, if she can't do it herself. Now she has us do standard cleaning on a weekly basis. JOANNE LAWRENCE.... Started using our service April 1991 and has used us weekly or biweekly ever since. She has been a loyal and respected customer for almost 13 years. She used us weekly until her family grew up & moved away. Since then, she has used our service biweekly. Her home is usually clean when we come to clean it. Joanne is an excellent cleaner with very high standards. She & her husband live in another state part of the year. They need us to clean when they are home and not clean when they are away. We accommodate their needs, as they desire. OUR COMPANY DOESN'T REQUIRE CONTRACTS. OUR PHILOSOPHY IS "PEOPLE WILL WANT US TO CONTINUE COMING TO CLEAN THEIR HOMES, IF THEY ARE PLEASED (HAPPY) WITH THE SERVICE!!" WE DON'T WANT TO FORCE PEOPLE TO BE WITH US, IF THEY WOULD BE HAPPIER WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
